Job description

As a working student, you support the Modeling & Analytics team to ensure continuity in data analysis for the development of PEM electrolyzers. Your role focuses on further strengthening the team's capabilities in visualizing and evaluating relevant test bench data. Your work is structured around three core areas: dashboard development, data analysis & automation, and stakeholder support. This enables the standardization of data visualization across different test benches, the automation of manual data processing steps, and the provision of clear, actionable insights for the engineering and R&D teams., * Support the development and maintenance of standardized Grafana dashboards for PEM electrolyzer test benches

  • Implementation of cross-platform comparison functionalities to enable integrated data analysis across test systems
  • Enhancement of existing dashboards through the integration of new evaluation logics and additional Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Continuous evaluation, analysis, and visualization of measurement and operational data from various test setups
  • Support for the automation of manual or semi-automated data preparation and evaluation workflows
  • Preparation of structured dashboards and analyses for engineering and electrochemistry teams, including close collaboration to translate requirements into effective visualizations and reports

Requirements

Do you have experience in Python?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Physics, or a related technical field

  • Initial hands-on experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Grafana, Python libraries) through coursework or personal projects; no professional experience required
  • Knowledge of data visualization, data analysis, data management, and scripting (e.g. Python)
  • Basic familiarity with Grafana and structured data handling
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, collaboration skills, and high learning agility
  • Understanding of engineering principles and basic data structures
