Solution Architect

As a Solution Architect at Elastic, you help customers and partners design, implement, and optimize solutions using the Elastic Stack. Working closely with our Inside Sales team you act as a technical expert, guiding them through architecture decisions, deployment strategies, and best practices. What You Will Be Doing

• Collaborate with account teams to understand customer requirements.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions and solution workshops.
• Design architectures for search, observability, and security use cases.
• Deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
• Assist with deployment planning and configuration.
• Provide guidance on scaling, performance tuning, and security.
• Document solutions and share technical knowledge internally and externally.

• Solid understanding of distributed systems and data indexing/search.
• Experience in a technical customer-facing role.
• Ability to map business needs to technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Fluent in English., + Experience with the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Beats, Logstash) or similar technologies.

• Experience in observability, security analytics, or enterprise search.
• Knowledge of scripting or programming (Python, Java, etc.).
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
