Job description

We are seeking an experienced IT Integration Consultant / 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join our team in Anglesola, Spain, supporting the IT integration of OKC into the Zotefoams IT environment.

This is a hands-on technical role combining project-based integration work with day-to-day operational IT support. You will play a key role in delivering a smooth and secure IT transition during the integration phase and are expected to move into a permanent 2nd Line IT Support Engineer position once the project has completed.

The role offers exposure to enterprise IT environments, network infrastructure, and Microsoft cloud technologies, working closely with international teams.

Role Responsibilities:

IT Integration Phase

  • Support the end-to-end IT integration of OKC into the Zotefoams IT environment
  • Participate in domain, identity and access integration, including:
  • Active Directory / Azure AD (Entra ID) alignment
  • User, group and permissions migration
  • Support network integration activities, including site connectivity and troubleshooting during transition
  • Coordinate with internal IT teams and external suppliers where required
  • Assist with IT asset assessment, migration and standardisation
  • Support user onboarding into:
  • Microsoft 365
  • Azure-based services
  • Corporate security, device and access standards
  • Resolve complex technical issues related to integration activities
  • Produce and maintain clear technical documentation and handover materials

Post-Integration / 2nd Line Support

  • Provide 2nd Line IT Support to users across the organisation
  • Act as an escalation point for 1st Line support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network, system and cloud-related issues
  • Support hybrid environments (on-premise and Azure)
  • Contribute to service improvement, stabilisation and automation initiatives

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Fluency in spoken and written English (essential)

  • Daily communication with international teams
  • All documentation and ticketing handled in English
  • Proven experience in 2nd Line IT Support, Infrastructure Support or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, including:
  • TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
  • VLANs, routing and switching (conceptual and practical)
  • VPN technologies (site-to-site and client VPNs)
  • Network diagnostics and troubleshooting
  • Experience supporting hybrid IT environments

Microsoft & Cloud

  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including:
  • Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)
  • User and identity management
  • Basic Azure networking concepts (VNets, subnets, connectivity)
  • Understanding of hybrid identity models
  • Experience with endpoint management tools such as Intune (desirable)

Systems & Security

  • Advanced support experience with Windows 10 / 11
  • Understanding of IT security principles (endpoint protection, access control)
  • Experience working with ITSM tools and ITIL-aligned processes
