Job description
This position blends practical web administration and digital expertise with client-facing account management, project coordination, and stakeholder governance. The Web / CMS Project Manager will serve as the main liaison for internal business stakeholders, ensuring the portal provides strategic impact, complies with regulatory and brand standards, and delivers on agreed performance objectives. Main Responsibilities
- Act as the strategic lead for the web portal, building and nurturing strong relationships with stakeholders across Digital Content, Marketing, CX, Medical, and IT teams to convert business needs into prioritized digital initiatives.
- Manage the full lifecycle of portal projects, from initial briefing through launch and ongoing optimization, including defining scope, timelines, resources, KPIs, and risk mitigation plans while aligning with departmental objectives.
- Administer and maintain the portal through CMS platforms (preferably WordPress VIP), ensuring reliability, performance, and compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise a small cross-functional team, offering guidance, coaching, and oversight to guarantee timely, high-quality project execution.
- Convert Figma designs into responsive and accessible web pages/components while maintaining consistency with brand identity, UX principles, and technical standards.
- Establish and oversee information architecture, content taxonomy, and governance frameworks to ensure a coherent and user-friendly portal experience.
- Partner with CX teams, developers, and content owners to enhance UX/UI performance and usability.
- Lead SEO, CRO, and A/B testing strategies to increase engagement, optimize user experience, and improve conversion rates.
- Deliver advanced analytics reporting and actionable insights through Google Analytics and Looker Studio to evaluate performance, support prioritization, and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders.
- Serve as the escalation contact for technical or operational challenges, coordinating with local and global IT teams to resolve issues and reduce downtime.
- Ensure alignment with Marketing Automation platforms, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce CRM integrations when applicable, collaborating with system owners on data flows and campaign execution.
- Encourage continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned, refining processes, and implementing best practices in digital delivery and account management.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience managing CMS platforms (preferably WordPress VIP), digital products, or web portals; experience in B2B and pharmaceutical sectors is highly valued.
- Demonstrated experience in account management or KAM roles, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, manage expectations, and achieve business goals.
- Solid background in digital project management, including scope definition, resource allocation, risk management, and reporting.
- Experience leading small cross-functional teams and/or external vendors, with strong leadership, coaching, and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and DOM; familiarity with PHP and MySQL is considered an advantage.
- Proven expertise in information architecture, usability, web governance, and design fundamentals, including translating Figma concepts into WordPress implementations.
- Advanced analytical skills using Google Analytics (GA4) and Looker Studio, with the ability to define KPIs and measure performance against objectives.
- Good understanding of SEO, CRO, customer journey mapping, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and simplifying technical concepts for business audiences.
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities, with experience handling multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project management tools is beneficial.
- Basic knowledge of CX-related tools such as Marketing Automation platforms, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce CRM is preferred.
