Job description
As a System Test Engineer, you are part of a test team and, along with the team, responsible for executing system integration, testing, and service activities throughout the entire system lifecycle. These systems include state-of-the-art products, processing, and support systems. Your activities will include setting up or adjusting test procedures, preparing activities related to integration, testing, and service tasks, and creating reports on performed activities. Key tasks and responsibilities include: * Integrating and testing radar and electro-optical systems. * Evaluating system performance in its operational environment. * Acting as a "trouble shooter" in situations involving technical and/or performance issues. * Performing services such as system "health checks," maintenance, and repairs of the systems.
Requirements
- Higher Vocational Education (HBO) or Advanced Secondary Vocational Education (MBO+) with work experience in the fields of Electrical Engineering/Electronics/Applied Physics, Mechatronics. * Affinity and work experience with radar, analog techniques, Linux, or similar is a plus. * Analytical, stress-resistant, and problem-solving skills. * Fluent in English and Dutch, both spoken and written. * Pragmatic, result-oriented, and attention to detail. * Customer-focused and professional in interactions with external clients. * Awareness of group dynamics and a team player.
