You get it done As a troubleshooter, you are responsible for detecting, analysing and resolving a wide range of operational issues within the warehouse. You look beyond the symptoms and search for the root cause of the problem. With your creativity and analytical skills, you deliver sustainable solutions. Thanks to your efforts, our processes continue to run smoothly, and you directly contribute to the team's success: you're on it. How you do this? You identify daily operational disruptions, investigate their cause and provide appropriate solutions. Issues may arise due to human error or system failures. You determine where things go wrong, resolve the issue and ensure the same situation does not occur again. You achieve this by:
- thoroughly analysing reported operational issues and setting the right priorities in consultation with your manager;
- improving operational processes by developing and implementing optimisations in collaboration with other departments;
- supporting urgent disruptions by answering questions from colleagues and customers.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Warehouse management system?, * experience with Excel, Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems;
- knowledge of Cargowrite is a plus;
- good command of the English language, both spoken and written;
- experience with a logistics service provider or in a similar role;
- willingness to work in a two-shift system.
