AI Solutions Analyst

We are looking for an AI Solutions Analyst to help deliver AI-powered solutions for our customers. This role combines business analysis, AI prompt engineering, and testing/quality assurance. Youll work closely with customers to understand their requirements, design effective AI prompts and workflows, and ensure delivered solutions meet customer expectations., * Gather and document customer requirements

• Translate business needs into AI prompts and workflows
• Test and validate AI outputs against requirements
• Identify issues, edge cases, and improvement opportunities
• Work with internal teams to refine and improve AI solutions
• Support successful customer delivery and adoption, * No red tape, no endless meetings just real business impact for clients.

Do you have experience in Business analysis?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Experience working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini
• Ability to assess AI-generated outputs critically and accurately
• Experience in business analysis, QA/testing and solution delivery
• Organised, detail-oriented, and customer-focused

Desirable

• Experience with prompt engineering
• Familiarity with Agile delivery environments
• Understanding of AI/LLM capabilities and limitations
