What you will be doing as a Digital Transformation Analyst
- Support the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products, from planning through to release and optimisation;
- Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and support incident resolution;
- Ensure solutions meet quality, compliance, and user acceptance standards;
- Deliver training materials, user guides, and system documentation;
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and company data security standards;
- Maintain secure handling of system credentials and sensitive data.
Requirements
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Digital Transformation Analyst to support the delivery and ongoing management of our digital platforms and systems., * Experience supporting digital or systems-based projects;
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle;
- Strong working knowledge of Jira and task management tools;
- Awareness of APIs, integrations, and data structures;
- Experience translating business requirements into technical deliverables;
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
