Demonstrable experience in a Technical Product Support role in a SaaS environment

Excellent experience working with widely used CRM platforms (eg HubSpot, Salesforce)

Experience working directly on SaaS, System Integrations or Cloud-based platforms

Demonstrable experience working to SLAs

Strong communication skills

Knowledge of ITIL

Experience in test management and technical documentation
