Job description

  • Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards using multiple data sources (SQL databases, dataflows, SharePoint)
  • Build and maintain scalable data models
  • Manage KPI scorecards to ensure consistency across the business
  • Standardise reporting in line with design and data quality principles
  • Maintain and improve existing reporting solutions
  • Work with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective visualisations
  • Support reporting frameworks and best practices
  • Ensure data accuracy and performance

Requirements

  • Strong Power BI experience (DAX, reporting, data modelling)
  • Experience with SQL, dataflows, Excel, APIs
  • Understanding of ETL and data transformation
  • Ability to design clear, user-friendly dashboards
  • Strong attention to detail and data quality focus
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills
  • Experience maintaining KPI frameworks

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in large-scale or enterprise reporting environments
  • Knowledge of reporting governance and standardisation
  • Exposure to data visualisation best practices
