Senior/Staff .NET Engineer | AWS Serverless | AI/Agentic | 900 per day - Outside ir35
We re working with a market leading prop-tech firm on a senior/staff-level Back End hire, focused on building high-performance, cloud-native services in a modern AWS environment.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership not just coding, but shaping solutions end-to-end, with a growing focus on Agentic AI and AI-assisted engineering workflows.
What you'll be doing
- Building .NET Core (8/9) services in a Lambda-first AWS environment
- Designing event-driven systems (SQS, EventBridge, etc.)
- Working across Aurora MySQL + DynamoDB
- Owning delivery end-to-end (problem solution production)
- Contributing to architecture and technical direction
- Using AI/agentic tooling (Claude Code) as part of delivery

- Experience with AWS serverless (Lambda)
- Background in distributed/event-driven systems
- Solid understanding of data modelling (SQL + NoSQL)
- A product mindset comfortable owning outcomes
