Data & AI Solutions Developer

Amtis is proud to be recruiting for a Data & AI Solutions Developer on behalf of a growing organisation investing heavily in modern data, automation, and AI capability.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical capability with stakeholder engagement. You'll operate as the organisation's primary in-house developer, working closely with senior stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors to design practical, scalable solutions across data engineering, automation, and AI.

This role is heavily focused on Microsoft technologies and would suit someone comfortable working independently in a hands-on environment.

What you'll be doing

• Designing and implementing Copilot and AI-driven solutions
• Building and maintaining data pipelines and integrations
• Working with large-scale SQL datasets for analytics and reporting
• Developing automation workflows using RPA technologies including UiPath
• Bridging legacy systems with modern Microsoft cloud platforms
• Supporting governance, GDPR compliance, and responsible AI usage
• Collaborating with senior stakeholders to shape data and AI initiatives
• Supporting colleagues with AI adoption and best practice usage

• Strong Microsoft data and development experience
• Advanced SQL and data modelling capability
• Experience building ETL pipelines and data warehousing solutions
• Exposure to AI technologies and automation platforms
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively
• Understanding of governance, compliance, and data privacy frameworks
• Experience working with complex business data environments would be beneficial.
