Job description
You will work alongside another Network Planning Officer and together, you will review and plan the Warwickshire public transport (PT) Network, attend meetings and apply for any available funding streams to help support the network. You will be part of the wider PT team which is currently made up of 5 PT officers, and 4 Concessionary Travel officers. You will report directly to the PT Service Manager.
Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience in the Public Transport sector
- Routing and Scheduling knowledge
- Knowledge of funding schemes available (DfT, Developer, etc..)
- Excellent planning and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other database, The Fluency Duty is outlined in the Code of Practice on the English language requirements for public sector workers. The Fluency Duty for this role is Required. You must be able to speak and provide advice in accurate spoken English to the public.
