Requirements
Python Expertise: Extensive, demonstrated experience in Python development and software engineering. Architecture & Design Prowess: o Proven track record in a technical leadership or architectural role, with significant experience in guiding technical strategy. o Strong command of software architecture principles, design patterns, and distributed systems. Domain Acumen: Ability to quickly grasp and deeply understand business domains and their associated data flows. API & Integration Skills: Expertise in designing, building, and maintaining RESTful APIs and other service-based integrations. Mentorship & Leadership: Proven experience in mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaborative growth. Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience., Experience within the financial services or asset management industry. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of modern data platforms, data modeling, and ETL processes. Familiarity with DevOps principles and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
