Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 2 years working with GIS applications and 4 years of consistent familiarity with ESRI software.

Degree/Certification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. A DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) qualification is required for any personnel needing elevated system access.

Clearance: TS/SCI

Special Skill: The developer must possess comprehensive expertise centered on the ArcGIS Enterprise Portal, including both administration and custom application development. Core technical skills include expert-level Python for automating Portal workflows and back-end processes, advanced proficiency with the ArcGIS API for JavaScript for creating custom applications and widgets within the Portal environment, and a deep understanding of REST API integration to connect the Portal with other enterprise systems. The candidate must have strong foundational web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience with version control (Git). This role requires the ability to troubleshoot complex Portal-related technical challenges and develop tailored solutions, including custom tools and extensions using the ArcGIS Enterprise SDK.
