This is not a media buying role. Instead, you will focus on campaign coordination, stakeholder management, and performance reporting-ensuring campaigns launch on time and run smoothly from start to finish.
What You'll Do
You will serve as the operational lead across multiple paid social campaigns, partnering closely with paid media specialists while owning execution and coordination., * Manage 8-15 concurrent paid social campaigns from intake through launch and reporting.
- Build and maintain campaign timelines, ensuring all milestones and dependencies are tracked
- Coordinate campaign inputs, including budgets, creative assets, targeting details, tracking (UTMs/pixels), and approvals
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams
- Proactively follow up on missing inputs or approvals to keep campaigns on track
- Pull and organize performance data from major ad platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X).
- Create clear, concise reports highlighting key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and conversions.
- Identify risks, delays, or gaps early and escalate as needed
- Continuously improve processes, templates, and workflows to increase efficiency
- Support influencer campaign coordination, deliverable tracking, and reporting as needed, * Campaigns launch on time with all required inputs in place
- Stakeholders are informed, aligned, and confident in the process
- Reporting is accurate, clear, and actionable
- Paid media specialists can focus on optimization because execution is running smoothly.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing project management, account management, or paid media campaign coordination.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent campaigns (ideally 8 or more at once).
- Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, analytics, and legal
- Familiarity with major paid social platforms: Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
- Strong understanding of paid media metrics and performance reporting
Tools and Execution
- Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com (preferred), Asana, Smartsheet, or Jira.
- Ability to manage timelines, asset collection, and approval workflows
- Experience working with campaign data and building reports
Soft Skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communicator who can manage stakeholders with professionalism and persistence
- Comfortable following up multiple times to drive accountability without damaging relationships
- Self-motivated and effective in a remote, globally distributed team environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with Sprinklr or similar social media management tools.
- Exposure to influencer or creator marketing programs
- Familiarity with UTM tracking, pixels, or campaign analytics setup
- Experience in technology, B2B, or other fast-paced industries
- Experience building dashboards or executive-ready reports
Benefits & conditions
Pay Details: $40.00 per hour
