Job description
- Design and deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and the Force.com platform.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers, administrators, and analysts.
- Lead solution architecture discussions and define technical standards and best practices.
- Develop and customize applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using Mulesoft and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Apply design patterns to ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Document current and future state architecture, technical specifications, and integration flows.
- Collaborate with business, development, infrastructure, and PMO teams to align with enterprise standards.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies for Salesforce environments.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend feature adoption.
Requirements
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and a proven ability to design, develop, and implement scalable, secure Salesforce solutions and integrations., * 8+ years of Salesforce development with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.
- Proven implementation and customization experience with Financial Services Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data model, security, and sharing rules.
- Hands-on API integration experience with REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML, including Mulesoft or similar middleware.
- Ability to design scalable and secure solutions aligned to best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and processes such as Jenkins and Bitbucket.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II and Financial Services Cloud Consultant.
- Experience with .NET or Java for integration scenarios.
- Knowledge of SQL Server and database optimization.
- Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools, including CRM Analytics.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including PI Planning, backlog refinement, and sprint ceremonies. Jira proficiency.
