Software Programmer

Concordant LLC is seeking a Software Programmer to support a large-scale enterprise applications environment focused on mission-critical systems, database development, reporting, and system integrations. This role is ideal for a senior-level developer/DBA who enjoys working on complex data-driven applications in a collaborative, results-focused team environment.

This position is hybrid in Columbia, South Carolina.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and support enterprise-scale web applications and database integrations
• Serve as a SQL Database Administrator and senior developer for mission-critical applications
• Develop reports, vendor exports, and data warehousing solutions
• Perform data extraction, transformation, cleansing, profiling, and analysis activities
• Design, test, validate, and support system interfaces and data exchange processes
• Monitor nightly batch processing and troubleshoot production interface issues
• Work closely with internal technical teams and external partners on integrations and data management
• Conduct code reviews, technical reviews, and logical reviews
• Monitor database performance and growth trends while recommending optimization strategies
• Design and manage reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI
• Support enterprise information architecture, governance, and compliance initiatives
• Assist in overseeing vendor development efforts and operational performance

Do you have experience in Visual Studio?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 5+ years of experience as a SQL DBA

• 5+ years working with large system architecture
• Experience supporting large-scale production system implementations
• Experience overseeing software development vendor work
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience with TFS (Team Foundation Server)
• Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio 2022
• Experience with C#, ASP.NET, and/or .NET
• Experience with PowerShell
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Child Support Enforcement systems or other government enterprise systems
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI
