Senior WiFi Connectivity Engineer

We are looking for a Senior WiFi Connectivity Engineer with deep experience developing the Android WiFi networking stack. This is a hands-on developer role, focused on system-level WiFi services, components, and drivers.

Develop and maintain the Android WiFi networking stack, including:

HALs

System services

Core components such as wpa_supplicant and hostapd

Write and support WiFi components, Android services, network drivers, and Linux drivers

Work directly with the CarPlay team to help certify the WiFi stack

Integrate and support WiFi solutions across multiple chipset vendors

10+ years of experience as a WiFi Connectivity Engineer

Strong Android system-level WiFi development experience

Hands-on experience with:

Android WiFi HALs and services

wpa_supplicant and hostapd

Linux and network driver development Android Automotive or automotive infotainment experience

Experience supporting certification efforts for connectivity stacks
