Job description
UST is searching for a Lead Quality Engineer who will lead QE activities for Corporate and Finance streams in an Agile delivery model.
The opportunity:

Plan and drive insprint testing, automation execution, and release sign-off

Leverage AIbased solutions for test generation, prioritization, defect trend analysis, and quality reporting

Coordinate functional and automation testing using Selenium, Java, and REST APIs
-
Manage test execution on cloud platforms like for faster feedback and scalability
-
Validate end-to-end system integrations, data flows, and downstream impacts across enterprise systems.

Enable CI/CD pipeline integration and continuous quality gates
-
Track quality metrics, risks, and readiness for production rollout
-
Collaborate with Dev, Product, and Business teams to align testing with Corporate and financial workflows

Ensure defect prevention, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement

Requirements

Experience: 8-12 years

Handson leadership of Agile QE teams with automation + AIdriven quality insights
-
Strong experience with Selenium, Java, REST APIs, cloud test execution platform (Lambda, Test grid, SauceLabs etc), and release readiness

Proficiency with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, qTest).

Exposure to Gitlab and CICD tools Experience with integration testing and data validation across multiple systems

Experience in Data Validation & Reconciliation Testing

Strong Knowledge in 1. Telecom knowledge 2. Servicenow, ITSM processes

Domain expertise in telecom, corporate, finance, and accounting workflows from sprint to production

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
