Do you have experience in Tableau?, We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Lead Engineer with strong expertise in designing and delivering analytics solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud SFSC as a primary source system The role requires deep handson experience in BigQuery dbt data modeling and analytics architecture along with the ability to understand SFSCOracle Service Cloud OSC data models and workflows to enable scalable reporting insights and business decision support
812 years of experience in Data Engineering Analytics roles
Google BigQuery advanced SQL performance tuning largescale data handling
dbt data transformations modeling best practices dependency management
Data Modeling Analytics Solution Architecture
Tableau dashboard design enterprise reporting performance optimization
Experience building analytics layers on top of Salesforce SFSC data sources
Proven experience working with CRMsourced analytics preferably Salesforce Service Cloud
Prior experience leading or owning analytics design for enterprise platforms
Ability to work in crossfunctional multigeography teams
Strong familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud SFSC andor Oracle Service Cloud OSC data models
Understanding of service workflows cases customers interactions SLAs etc
Experience sourcing interpreting and customizing CRMservice data for analytics needs Skills
