Api Design

Implement frontend interfaces from mockups and design guidelines using Angular
Develop and maintain Node.js APIs (OpenAPI v3)
Write and optimize SQL Server queries ranging from basic to advanced
Collaborate closely with embedded business analysts to translate business requirements into working software
Provide technical mentorship and informal leadership to junior developers
Leverage AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to accelerate development and navigate legacy codebases

Required

5+ years of full stack development experience
Angular 16 or higher (v19+ preferred; most apps are on v22/23)
Node.js - competent mid-level performer or strong JavaScript developer who can ramp quickly
API development experience - OpenAPI v3, UI + API-first design patterns
SQL Server - comfortable with both basic and advanced queries
Ability to work independently with limited day-to-day oversight
Comfortable interpreting legacy code and working with BAs to fill documentation gaps
