Job description

  • The role is for a Siebel Solution Lead responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Siebel CRM solutions based on business requirements.
  • The candidate will handle Siebel configuration including workflows, business rules, UI customization, and integrations with external systems.
  • Responsibilities include code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, testing, and performance tuning of Siebel applications.
  • The role also involves managing Siebel environments such as installations, upgrades, patches, and migrations.
  • The candidate will collaborate with business users, analysts, and IT teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Siebel architecture, data model, Siebel Tools, and web services integration is required.
  • Hands-on expertise in Siebel eScript, Workflow, Configuration, and EAI components is essential.
  • Experience with Siebel Open UI, responsive design, Java, and Oracle database technologies is preferred.
  • The role requires technical documentation, user support, and guidance to end-users on Siebel-related issues.
  • Ideal candidates should have at least 5+ years of Siebel CRM development/administration experience along with strong analytical and communication skills.
