Implementation-Conversion Analyst

As an Implementation-Conversion Analyst, you will make an impact by leading and supporting client onboarding and migration initiatives, helping our teams successfully implement digital and fraud prevention solutions. You will be a valued member of the implementation team and work collaboratively with client stakeholders, internal delivery teams, and external integration partners to deliver seamless project outcomes.

In this role, you will: Reviewing project intake documents, client requirements and planning for successful project execution Lead end-to-end client onboarding and conversion projects, managing multiple implementations simultaneously Analyze client requirements and translate them into technical configurations and system specifications Configure financial applications, including fraud prevention and digital banking integrations (APIs) Validate and manage key client data/information, branding assets, disclosures, and configuration details Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners to deliver a unified digital and fraud prevention experience Work model We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Do you have experience in Requirements specification?, Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or operations environments Ability to manage multiple concurrent deliverables and competing priorities effectively Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications and configurations Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
