Job description

This Onsite IT Technician position will perform technical duties installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting desktop computers, laptops, printers and network equipment. This person will also be involved with overall department strategy input. Assist with communication with 3rd party MSP. Additional responsibilities and project based work driven by the Director of IT will also be required., * Troubleshoot and support IT needs in both front office and production area

  • Collaborating with our third-party IT Managed Services Provider
  • Technical database support for Epicor ERP platform as needed
  • Assist with monitoring of network and server resources
  • Support any special projects per the Director of IT

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows Server administration?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 5-10 years of hardware installation, troubleshooting and support (i.e. desktops, laptops) along with experience with Windows server administration and support.

  • Ability to utilize independent judgment yet work with other departments to ensure successful outcomes on IT related projects and/or issues.
  • Highly self-motivated with a desire to continue to learn and improve.
  • High level of organizational and analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS O365 Office Suite.

PERFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience with Epicor ERP platform a plus (specifically Kinetic)
  • Microsoft 365 Business environment
  • Experience with barcoding software via Bartender software
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Related IT Certifications (i.e. Comp Tia A+, Comp Tia Network+, Etc...)
