IT ANALYST

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology and a passion for problem-solving. As an IT Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing technology solutions to enhance our business operations., Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and solve complex business problems through technology solutions

• Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements
• Design, develop, and implement new technology solutions to meet business needs
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and training materials
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure our company remains competitive and efficient
• Train and support end-users on new technology solutions and processes
• Monitor and report on system performance and make recommendations for improvements
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in information technology, preferably in a business or corporate setting
• Strong technical skills and experience with various software and hardware systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proven experience in project management and delivering technology solutions on time and within budget
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
• Knowledge of network and security protocols
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, CCNA) are a plus
