Data Analyst

• Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and recurring performance metrics
• Analyze trends, patterns, and key performance indicators to support strategic and operational decision-making
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights
• Perform ad hoc analysis to support initiatives such as forecasting, project execution, and process improvements
• Identify data quality issues and recommend solutions to improve data integrity and reporting reliability
• Present analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team on a direct hire basis in a hybrid role just north of downtown Pittsburgh, PA. In this position, you will play a key role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions, improve reporting accuracy, and uncover trends that drive operational performance., * Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar analytical role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience writing SQL queries and working with relational databases
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment based near Pittsburgh, PA

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python or similar scripting languages for data analysis or automation
• Familiarity with KPI development, forecasting techniques, and business performance reporting
• Industry experience in finance, operations, healthcare, or manufacturing environments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
