Job description
Implement and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules to meet client requirements.
- Design and deploy Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions including:
O Policy and Compliance Management
O Risk Management
O Audit Management
O Third Party Risk Management

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Customize ServiceNow applications using Flows, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Script Includes.

Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and contribute to iterative delivery cycles.

Provide ongoing support and enhancement of ServiceNow modules based on user feedback.

Ensure solutions are aligned with industry best practices and governance frameworks.
Requirements
Role Description: The IT-Specialty Software Engineer must have 7+ years of experience. We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Consultant with a strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM), including Third Party Risk Management.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring and implementing ServiceNow solutions and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies to support project delivery., Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent
Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience
