Program manager(Agile/Scrum Maste)

Lead Scrum team using strict Agile methodology

Manage Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, standups, and sprint reviews

Drive team accountability, track metrics, and provide leadership updates

Ensure delivery of committed sprint goals

Strong Agile/Scrum experience with hands-on delivery background

Excellent communication, leadership, facilitation, and organizational skills

Experience with Azure DevOps or JIRA dashboards/work item management

Scrum certifications preferred
