Job description
Design scalable, reusable, and maintainable automation frameworks using UFT (UFT One / UFT Developer) with C#. Architect and implement hybrid / keyword / data-driven frameworks. Establish reusable libraries, utilities, and common components. Enable integration with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps). Provide technical guidance and mentoring to automation engineers. Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and ensure adherence to automation standards. Support complex automation challenges such as dynamic objects, synchronization, and performance bottlenecks. Define automation guidelines, coding standards, and version control strategies. Ensure maintainability, stability, and optimal execution performance of automation assets. Measure effectiveness using coverage, defect leakage, execution trends, and ROI metrics. Work closely with QA, Dev, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and DevOps teams. Translate business requirements into robust automation solutions. Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams for scalable delivery.
