The Salesforce Experience & CRM Product Owner will lead the strategy, vision, and delivery of broker-facing and internal platforms at Innovative Financial Group (IFG). This role is responsible for enhancing and expanding digital capabilities across the broker lifecycle using Salesforce Experience/Health Cloud and Salesforce CRM.
The Product Owner will partner closely with engineering, broker operations, distribution, compliance, and business leaders to build scalable, user-friendly solutions that support onboarding, licensing, contracting, commissions, and operational workflows within the insurance brokerage ecosystem. Agile delivery excellence and deep platform expertise will be critical to success.
The Senior Product Owner is responsible for conveying product vision and roadmap to an Agile delivery team by defining user stories and prioritizing product backlog. The Senior Product Owner work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap

Own and maintain the product roadmap and backlog for Salesforce Experience Cloud broker portals and Salesforce CRM functionality.

Define and prioritize features that support broker onboarding, licensing, contracting, credentialing, and commission visibility.

Gather business and user requirements and translate them into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Platform Delivery & Enhancements

Lead development of broker self-service capabilities, including onboarding workflows, profile management, reporting, case management, and operational requests.

Collaborate with Salesforce architects, developers, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performing digital solutions.

Ensure solutions adhere to insurance regulatory, licensing, and compliance standards across all integrations and workflows.

Drive enhancements that improve broker experience, efficiency, and platform adoption.
Agile Delivery Leadership

Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Ensure product increments deliver measurable value and align with business priorities and compliance requirements.

Manage cross-functional stakeholders, gather feedback, prioritize requests, and continuously improve delivery processes.
Data, Reporting & Analytics

Partner with operations, distribution, and finance teams to enable dashboards, analytics, and operational reporting.

Support the design and optimization of data models and reporting structures within Salesforce.
Stakeholder & User Engagement

Work closely with broker operations, compliance, distribution, and finance teams to identify digital opportunities.

Incorporate broker feedback, usage analytics, and qualitative insights to guide prioritization and product iterations.

Communicate product vision, roadmap progress, and upcoming releases to business partners and leadership.
Requirements

5+ years in Product Owner, Product Management, or similar roles.

3+ years working hands-on with Salesforce platforms, including:

Salesforce CRM

Salesforce Experience/Health Cloud

Experience supporting broker portals, agent platforms, or insurance distribution systems.

Strong background working within Agile/Scrum delivery teams.

Demonstrated experience building and managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and cross-functional delivery teams.

Proven ability to collaborate with engineering, architecture, QA, and business stakeholders.
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.
Benefits & conditions
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$94,900 - $130,500 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
