Job description

  • Code solutions and write unit tests to satisfy defined acceptance criteria and compliance needs.
  • Design, develop, and modify architecture components, application interfaces, and solution enablers while maintaining architectural integrity.
  • Execute story refinement, define requirements, and estimate work across the delivery lifecycle.
  • Perform proofs of concept to mitigate risk and validate new ideas.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites, including integration, regression, and performance tests.
  • Utilize multiple architectural patterns and components in the design and delivery of solutions.
  • Document and communicate deployment, maintenance, and support information for business functionality.

Requirements

We are seeking an Application Programmer III to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise software development, SQL and Oracle database engineering, and CI/CD toolchains, and a proven ability to deliver maintainable, testable, and compliant solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements., * 4+ years of experience in software development.

  • 3+ years of experience in SQL development.
  • Demonstrable experience with Oracle database development, both manual and automated.
  • Proficiency in Java, Shell scripting, and Spring Boot.
  • Testing experience with JUnit.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one platform tool: Jenkins, Git, JFrog Artifactory, Splunk, or RHEL.
  • Experience packaging and deploying services via WAR files and integrating with downstream systems using RESTful and SOAP interfaces.

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with cloud and container platforms such as Kubernetes or OpenShift.
  • Solid understanding of containerization concepts and practices.
  • Ability to stay current on features in relevant products and platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
