Join our team as a Senior HR Technology Analyst focusing on Talent Acquisition (TA), where you'll blend system expertise with a passion for service, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making to improve systems that touch every candidate and hiring leader. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in strengthening our Talent Acquisition function-ensuring the tools our teams rely on are innovative, seamless, scalable, and aligned to our mission of delivering exceptional care through exceptional people. Primary Department, Division, or Unit: Primary Work Shift: Day Regular Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Compensation Range: $40.70 - $61.05 per hour, depending on experience What You'll Do: You will serve as the Workday expert for Talent Acquisition and Core HCM, driving system optimization, compliance, and user experience excellence. Key responsibilities include: Talent Acquisition Essential Functions
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Core HCM and Talent Acquisition configuration, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and compliance standards.
- Recommend and implement best-practice design across Workday HCM and TA modules; maintain configurations and system setup.
- Design, maintain, and optimize Workday business processes with a focus on data protection, regulatory compliance, and performance.
- Demonstrate deep, hands-on expertise across all Workday TA business processes-from Candidate Engagement through Hire.
- Partner closely with HR, IT, TA leaders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design enhancements, and drive continuous improvement.
- Configure, test, validate, and deploy Workday solutions with precision, scalability, and user experience in mind.
- Troubleshoot issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and deliver corrective actions or system enhancements.
- Document configurations, business processes, and standards for training, communication, and audit readiness.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to HR, TA teams, and HR Technology colleagues.
- Participate in Workday projects, including module implementations, optimization initiatives, and release cycle updates.
- Operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment, adapting to shifting priorities.
- Maintain expertise in Workday release cycles, adopting new features and functionality where impactful.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills to advance TA performance and efficiency.
What You Bring
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources or Business
- Five years of relevant experience
- Three years experience configuring and supporting Workday
Preferred:
- Masters Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources or Business
