Genesis10 is currently seeking an Internal Cloud Supply Chain Engagement Manager for a Hybrid position (3 days onsite per week required) with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.
This role is responsible for aligning the Internal Cloud Platform's infrastructure demand with internal supply chain partners who provide cloud server, storage, and related software infrastructure. The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring capacity, timing, and cost commitments support platform roadmaps and resiliency requirements, owning the engagement model, planning cadence, and escalation paths with supply chain stakeholders., * Participate in capacity planning cycles
- Track hardware delivery and lifecycle milestones
- Coordinate refresh and expansion activities
- Integrate supply data into demand forecasting and financial planning processes
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in infrastructure supply chain, capacity planning, or data center resource management
- Strong understanding of hardware lifecycles, cloud module / rack based capacity models, and infrastructure delivery dependencies
- Experience working directly with platform engineering, finance, and operations teams to align supply with demand
- Proficiency with planning, reporting, and tracking tools (Excel, portfolio tools, Jira, or equivalents)
- Demonstrated ability to manage vendor, internal partner, and senior stakeholder relationships
- Experience with VMWare
Desired skills:
- ITIL Capacity Management certification or equivalent
- 5-7+ years supporting enterprise infrastructure or cloud platform programs
- Experience supporting hyperconverged infrastructure or VMware centric environments
- Background in financial modeling, cost optimization, or infrastructure chargeback/showback
- Experience supporting large scale data center modernization initiatives
