Alexander Technology Group is seeking an IT Applications Manager for our client in southern NH. The IT Applications Manager is a hands-on technology leader responsible for evaluating, implementing, and supporting business-driven IT solutions across the organization. This role blends IT leadership, project management, and application support, serving as a bridge between business users and enterprise IT services provided by the parent company. The position focuses on improving operations through practical technology solutions, leading end-to-end IT projects, supporting business applications and reporting tools, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring strong communication and alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Key Expectations
- Lead the evaluation, implementation, and support of IT applications and operational technology solutions
- Manage technology projects from planning through deployment and post-launch support
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical and application issues
- Partner with business teams to identify needs and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Support reporting, analytics, and integrations using SQL, Power BI, PowerApps, and related tools
- Coordinate with enterprise IT teams on infrastructure, networking, Active Directory, servers, and endpoint services
- Lead stakeholder meetings, maintain documentation, and support IT budgeting and operational planning

Requirements
Do you have experience in IT?, * Experience supporting business applications, troubleshooting technical issues, and working directly with end users
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SQL querying, reporting tools, and low-code platforms such as PowerApps or Power BI
- Working understanding of IT infrastructure concepts including Active Directory, networking, servers, and endpoints
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and lead cross-functional meetings
- Experience operating within or alongside a centralized enterprise IT environment
- Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred experience with APIs, workflow automation tools, ERP systems, full-stack development, or industries such as manufacturing or construction
- Demonstrated ownership, follow-through, and a collaborative, people-focused approach to IT leadership
