Job description

The Systems Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our critical IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability across our network and server environments., * Design, configure, and maintain Cisco network equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls, ensuring high availability and robust security.

  • Install, configure, and manage Microsoft Windows Server operating systems, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
  • Implement and administer virtualized environments using VMware vSphere, including host management, virtual machine provisioning, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues related to network, server, and virtualization infrastructure.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to support business objectives and project requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery initiatives.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in systems administration or network engineering.
  • Proven expertise in configuring and managing Cisco network equipment (e.g., CCNA or equivalent experience).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server administration, including hands-on experience with Active Directory and related services.
