We are preparing for a large-scale launch and seeking engineers eager to help build and scale a category-defining AI platform from the early stages.
This is a senior-level, high-ownership engineering role for someone who has built and scaled real production systems.
We are not looking for junior developers or individuals needing extensive oversight. We are looking for someone who has significant experience building scalable SaaS platforms, solving complex infrastructure problems, and operating in fast-moving startup environments.
You will play a critical role in stabilizing and scaling our core platform infrastructure across mobile, backend, cloud-connected systems, and clinic operations.

Requirements
Do you have experience in System design?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
- 7+ years of full stack engineering experience
- Proven experience scaling production applications with real users
- Strong backend architecture experience
- Experience building complex SaaS platforms from the ground up
- Experience handling high-scale APIs, databases, and infrastructure
- Experience working in startup or high-growth environments
- Strong understanding of scalability, security, and system design
- Ability to independently own and lead technical initiatives
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strongly Preferred
- Experience with healthcare, fintech, marketplaces, or booking systems
- Experience supporting mobile applications at scale
- Experience integrating AI-powered systems into production products
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and deployment workflows
- Experience with HIPAA-conscious or security-sensitive systems
- Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams
