1484328 End User Support Technician

Equity Staffing is seeking an End User Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support for computer systems, hardware, software, and AV equipment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, supporting end users both remotely and onsite, and ensuring timely resolution of IT service requests while delivering exceptional customer service., * Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, operating systems, and peripheral devices

• Image, configure, install, repair, and upgrade desktops, laptops, and related equipment
• Respond to and resolve ServiceNow tickets within established service levels
• Support users in person and remotely with technical issues and system access
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on computer systems and devices
• Assist with software installations and licensing compliance
• Set up workstations for new hires and support office/department equipment moves
• Maintain inventory of devices and accurately track equipment assignments
• Provide Tier-1 AV support including conference room setup and presentation troubleshooting
• Document issue resolutions and update knowledge base articles for recurring issues
• Collaborate with IT Service Owners and support teams to resolve escalated issues
• Participate in Problem Management and Change Management processes
• Follow up with users to provide updates and ensure issue resolution satisfaction, * This position supports a federal project and is subject to federal drug-testing requirements

Do you have experience in System maintenance?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High School Diploma or GED required

• Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and troubleshooting methodologies
• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
