CGI Federal is seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer (Angular and .NET) to support a Federal client. This position will focus on modernizing user interface frameworks to Angular, enhancing system performance, resolving complex defects, and designing high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in UI modernization, enterprise application development, architectural analysis, and performance engineering across a wide modern technology stack.
This position is located in our Baltimore, MD office with work performed at client site in Woodlawn, MD
Your future duties and responsibilities:
. Upgrade legacy User Interface Frameworks to the Angular Framework.
. Perform architectural design, data analysis, logical and physical data modeling.
. Identify, analyze, and resolve data quality issues.
. Perform performance and load testing using Introscope, JMeter, and browser debugging tools.
. Conduct root-cause analysis and resolve complex defects.
. Develop applications using C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, Java 8+, JavaScript, Visual Basic/.NET Core.
. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git, GitFlow Workflow, BitBucket, Jenkins, and automation tools.
. Develop services and APIs using Angular Framework, Java EE/JAX-RS, Spring Boot, ASP.NET Core, and JPA/JDBC.
. Work with MongoDB and MQL, along with JSON/BSON, XML, HTML, CSS, and Markdown.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of secure, scalable, high-performance applications.
Requirements
Proven expertise upgrading UI frameworks to Angular.
. Advanced skill in architectural design and analysis.
. Strong experience in data analysis, data modeling, and data quality issue resolution.
. Demonstrated ability to perform performance/load testing using Introscope, JMeter, and browser debugging tools.
. Expert at root cause analysis and defect resolution.
. Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, Java 8+, JavaScript, Visual Basic/.NET Core.
. Experience with MongoDB and MongoDB Query Language (MQL).
. Strong hands-on experience with Git, GitFlow, BitBucket, Jenkins, CI/CD infrastructure.
. Proficiency with HTML, XML, JSON/BSON, CSS, Markdown.
. Resource is expected to work onsite at our customer location in Baltimore
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
. Experience supporting federal enterprise systems.
. Familiarity with government security, compliance, and software delivery standards.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $89,600.00 - $176,300.00.
