Job description
Support program management on permitting, environmental assessment, construction, output ramp, and sustaining operations. Work with program sponsors and leadership team to define the problem to be solved, define project scope, measurements of progress, timelines for achievements and completion, and resources requirements. Build detailed project plans, lead projects and track execution to plan. Oversee and lead strategic site wide program and initiatives such as technology transfer, tool install and qualification, cost reduction, business planning, capacity planning, quality and yield improvements, productivity improvements, and workforce development. Work with fab leadership on target setting and defining the sub-programs under the strategic direction of the programs. Track the performance metrics for the program and the associated projects. Publish regular updates to the organization summarizing project program performance. Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies and course corrections. Develop and manage program reporting solutions (Tableau, PowerBI, SQL) by taking program metrics and objectives and developing dashboards parameters and reports that drill-down into key sub-metrics and information that drives execution monitoring and continuous improvements opportunities. Utilize database query such as SQL to extract, select, join, and process data from multiple sources. Utilize data visualization platforms such as Tableau and SQL to analyze data and dashboards/visualization with multiple functionalities and selectable fields to facilitate drill-down.
Requirements
Employer will accept a Master's degree in Engineering Management, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or a related occupation.

The US base salary range that Micron New York Semiconductor Manufacturing LLC estimates it could pay for this full-time position is $98,544.00 - $124,000.00. For additional pay & benefits information, please refer to the requisition at Micron.com/careers.
