Job description

Our company is seeking an experienced IT Training Lead to design and deliver impactful learning programs that strengthen technology adoption, improve user proficiency, and support key business initiatives. This role will lead the development of role-based IT training, with a strong focus on Microsoft Copilot, AI enablement, and cybersecurity awareness. The ideal candidate is a strategic training professional who can translate technical concepts into practical, engaging learning experiences across multiple formats. Based on general knowledge., * Design, develop, and deliver role-based IT training programs in instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced formats.

  • Lead the Microsoft Copilot and AI training strategy, including onboarding, advanced use cases, responsible AI usage, and ongoing user enablement. Based on general knowledge.
  • Create scenario-based Copilot training tailored to business functions such as executive leadership, operations, IT, finance, and HR. Based on general knowledge.
  • Partner with Information Security teams to ensure training content reinforces cybersecurity awareness, best practices, and compliance expectations. Based on general knowledge.
  • Assess organizational learning needs and build training solutions that support technology adoption and user productivity. Based on general knowledge.
  • Develop training materials such as guides, job aids, presentations, e-learning content, and knowledge resources. Based on general knowledge.
  • Manage and maintain content within the learning management system (LMS) or other training platforms. Based on general knowledge.
  • Track training participation, effectiveness, and learner feedback to continuously improve program outcomes. Based on general knowledge.
  • Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and change management teams to align training initiatives with organizational goals. Based on general knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred. Based on general knowledge.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering IT training programs for diverse user groups. Based on general knowledge.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot, AI productivity tools, and end-user enablement strategies. Based on general knowledge.
  • Experience developing function-specific, scenario-based training content. Based on general knowledge.
  • Knowledge of responsible AI practices and the ability to translate them into practical training. Based on general knowledge.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and experience partnering with Information Security teams on awareness initiatives. Based on general knowledge.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training delivery platforms. Based on general knowledge.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Based on general knowledge.
