TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES'

  • Analysis and access rig and Frac sites on MDT systems using various monitoring systems.
  • Interpret technical/electrical schematics.
  • Proficient field operation's background
  • Train and mentor direct reports on all MDT systems
  • Program and configure DAQ, Mikrotik, Fortinet, Max Edge, DAS, and server systems.
  • Understand installation and commissioning processes for MDT drilling and Frac systems

Requirements

  • AA Degree and/or equivalent education with 4+ years' experience is preferred in relevant field.
  • High School Diploma, * Ability to produce weekly and monthly reports.
  • Communicate and hold team accountable when necessary.
  • Interview field technician candidates and onboard once hired.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Gather and utilize competitor intelligence to strengthen our product offering and market position.
  • Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
  • Management experience (10 employees) within an oilfield service organization.
  • Must be flexible and responsive to customers' needs in a service environment.
  • Electronic/mechanical background preferred.
  • Must be willing to travel on a routine basis. [75% travel]
