Requirements

Associate degree in information technology or related field.

One to three years of experience supporting network or computer systems technologies.

Other combinations of education, certification or experience may be substituted.

Must have the ability to work in all aspects of a team environment including support, communication, personal awareness, ability to utilize and provide professional critiques, and demonstrate emotional intelligence. Note: Don't quite meet all the requirements, but still confident you could crush it as IT Systems Support? Show us. Other combinations of education and experience will be considered. Preferred Qualifications:

Extensive knowledge of desktop/laptop computer support and troubleshooting to include previous and current versions of Microsoft Windows operating systems.

Extensive knowledge of MS Office application uses and troubleshooting.

Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.

Extensive knowledge of computer peripherals such as scanners, printers, and MFPs.

Thorough knowledge of system, diagnostic, and utility software - PC Tools, MS Sysinternals, remote desktop support applications and methods, antivirus and anti-malware tools and techniques.

Knowledge of LANs, WANs and WWANs.

Knowledge of Microsoft System Center applications.

Knowledge of mobile computing devices like tablets and smartphones.
