Job description
- Leads a large development team that includes direct employees, contractors and purchase services
- Provides direction and coordination of developers utilizing the latest development processes for configuration, data mapping and workflow development on a large Integrated Product Data Management application
- Understands software design across several programing languages
- Manages and integrates employee activities across Information Technologies including infrastructure design and administration, application analysis and design, information management, architecture, computing security, computing project support and/or process analysis
- Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives
- Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
- Manages and provides developmental opportunities for employees

Requirements
Do you have experience in Program management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 5+ years of experience within information technology
- 5+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership
- 3+ years of experience in program management
- 3+ years of experience working within an Agile development team
- 3+ years of experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
- Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership.", * Bachelor's degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience in the Digital Transformation Environment (DTE)
- Experience with Siemens Systems (Teamcenter, NX, etc)
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) using appropriate code versioning and build/test automation tools
