Job description
- Designs and develops data analysis solutions that deliver high quality business intelligence and analytics using enterprise reporting and analytics applications
- Participates in information gathering sessions with users to review, analyze, and evaluate business intelligence, bringing an expertise in how data work together to recommend and provide a quality-centric approach to meeting the needs of the business
- Facilitates the support and training of ERC Pathlight staff on using report systems and accurate interpretation of data and metrics
- Performs data analysis to proactively highlight and mitigate the impact of data quality concerns
- Participates in enterprise goals by recommending solutions to meet organizational needs
- Troubleshoots helpdesk requests pertaining to data quality and functionality
Requirements
Do you have experience in Writing skills?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Associate Degree - Data analytics, Computer Science or related field of study (REQUIRED)
- Bachelor's Degree - Data analytics, Computer Science or related field of study (PREFERRED)
Licenses and Certification:
- SQL certification - (PREFERRED)
Skills Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in similar role
- Critical Thinking Skills: Able to analyze, assess, and develop problem solving approaches.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate in a professional and clear manner (verbally and in writing) with all levels of the organization.
- Previous experience with reporting application (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
BONUS Skills (Preferred):
- Previous healthcare experience helpful but not required
- Technical Skills: Proficient with data querying language (e.g. SQL)
