Insight Analyst

AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an experienced Insight Analyst to join our growing team. As an Insights Analyst you will focus on data analysis, reporting, and data engineering work for the Publishing team. You will help build Publishing's data foundations and enable better support for decision makers across brand marketing, performance marketing, channel optimization, and player acquisition strategies. . These include building high quality dashboards and data pipelines, auditing third party data, servicing stakeholder data requests, running and improving sustainability on recurring work, building self-service tools for stakeholders, and creating knowledge documentation., * Maintain and support recurring reporting for global and regional publishing performance

• Conduct data audits and build data tables & pipelines that form the backbone of mobile publishing capabilities
• Run performance and trend analyses on product marketing efforts, user acquisition campaigns, paid media, etc.
• Build Tableau dashboards and other self-service tools that capture core metrics and help answer business questions
• Identify and pursue sustainability improvements for recurring work
• Perform data pulls and run ad hoc analysis for stakeholder requests

Do you have experience in Data visualization software proficiency?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or a related quantitative field

• 3+ years professional experience in analyzing large data sets, creating data visualizations, and building data pipelines
• Advanced proficiency in SQL or Python
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau or other data visualization tools

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience working in game development or publishing
• Experience working in mobile marketing domains (performance marketing, product marketing, and customer relationship management, etc.)
• Experience working with third party publishing data & tools (user acquisition channels, mobile measurement partners, social listening, app store, YouTube, Discord, social media platforms, etc.)
• Proficient in Databricks and Airflow.
