Job description

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the lead process, manage incoming opportunities, follow up with potential clients, update the CRM, coordinate appointments, and help create systems that allow our sales team to stay fully booked with qualified remodeling leads., The Dispatch Manager / Lead Generation Manager will be responsible for managing the full front-end lead process for Clarity Construction.

This includes collecting and organizing leads from Facebook, Instagram, website forms, calls, texts, ads, referrals, and other sources.

The role requires consistent follow-up, appointment setting, CRM updates, communication with potential clients, and coordination with the sales team.

The ideal candidate understands that speed, organization, and professional communication are critical when handling remodeling leads.

We are looking for someone who can eventually build the dispatch department, train future dispatchers, improve systems, and take responsibility for making sure no lead falls through the cracks., Manage all incoming leads from Facebook, Instagram, website forms, paid ads, referrals, phone calls, text messages, and other lead sources.

Contact new leads quickly and professionally by phone, text, email, and CRM communication.

Qualify potential clients by gathering project details, timeline, budget expectations, location, and appointment availability.

Schedule appointments for the sales team based on company guidelines, lead quality, project type, and salesperson availability.

Update the CRM daily with accurate client information, lead status, notes, follow-up tasks, appointment details, and communication history.

Track every lead from first contact through booked appointment, follow-up, lost lead, or future opportunity.

Follow up consistently with leads that do not answer, leads that are not ready yet, and leads that require additional nurturing.

Communicate with the sales team to confirm appointment details, lead quality, project information, and any important client notes before the appointment.

Help create and improve scripts, follow-up systems, lead tracking processes, CRM workflows, and dispatch procedures.

Monitor lead response times and help improve the company's conversion from inquiry to booked appointment.

Identify weak points in the lead generation and appointment-setting process and suggest solutions.

Help build the Dispatch Department as the company grows, including systems, responsibilities, training processes, and performance expectations for future dispatch team members.

Requirements

Experience in construction, remodeling, home improvement, roofing, solar, real estate, property management, or a similar service-based industry is highly preferred.

Experience with lead generation, dispatching, appointment setting, CRM management, customer service, inside sales, or sales coordination is strongly preferred.

The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with homeowners, asking the right questions, following a process, and keeping detailed notes.

This person must be able to manage multiple leads at once without losing track of follow-ups, appointment details, or client communication.

Required Skills

Preferred Experience

Construction or remodeling industry experience.

Home improvement appointment setting experience.

Experience working with Facebook leads, Instagram leads, Google leads, or paid advertising leads.

Experience using a CRM such as GoHighLevel, JobTread, HubSpot, ServiceTitan, Buildertrend, Monday, Salesforce, or similar platforms.

Experience managing follow-up pipelines.

Experience supervising or training other dispatchers, appointment setters, or customer service representatives.

Inside sales or lead management experience.

Benefits & conditions

Full-Time Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Evening Schedule Option: 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM

The schedule will depend on the candidate's experience, availability, and fit for the company.

Pay

Pay starts at $22 per hour, with room for growth based on performance, leadership ability, reliability, and results.
