The client needs a Level 2 Desktop Support / Field IT Support Technician to support users across multiple locations in a growing construction-related environment.
This person will support a lean IT team covering a large user base, high mobile device volume, and frequent onboarding/offboarding activity.
Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 desktop support in a mostly Windows 11 environment

Support users across multiple locations

Handle new hire device setup and deployment

Support offboarding, device recovery, wiping, and redeployment

Assist with ticket coverage and general user support

Provide remote support to office and field users
Requirements
