Job description

The client needs a Level 2 Desktop Support / Field IT Support Technician to support users across multiple locations in a growing construction-related environment.

This person will support a lean IT team covering a large user base, high mobile device volume, and frequent onboarding/offboarding activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 desktop support in a mostly Windows 11 environment

  • Support users across multiple locations

  • Handle new hire device setup and deployment

  • Support offboarding, device recovery, wiping, and redeployment

  • Assist with ticket coverage and general user support

  • Provide remote support to office and field users

Requirements

Required Experience

  • Windows desktop support

  • Level 2 user support

  • Distributed or multi-site support

  • Device imaging, setup, deployment, and hardware lifecycle support

  • Remote support tools
