Sr. SSIS Sql Developer

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain SSIS ETL packages and data movement workflows
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and database objects
• Support enterprise data warehouse and reporting operations across multiple systems and data sources
• Develop and maintain operational and analytical reports using SSRS
• Work with structured, semi-structured, and legacy data sources to support enterprise reporting and integration needs
• Participate in data conversions, migrations, and transformation initiatives
• Troubleshoot production ETL failures, data quality issues, and performance bottlenecks
• Support scheduling, automation, monitoring, and operational stability of ETL and reporting solutions
• Implement data validation, cleansing, reconciliation, and quality assurance processes
• Collaborate with business users, analysts, and technical teams to support reporting and analytics requirements
• Participate in Agile/Scrum delivery processes and support ongoing enhancement efforts
• Maintain technical documentation for ETL workflows, reporting logic, and database processes

One of our premier clients is seeking a hands-on Senior SQL Server BI / ETL Developer to support and enhance an established enterprise data warehouse and reporting environment. This role is heavily focused on Microsoft SQL Server technologies, ETL development, data integration, and operational reporting within a mature enterprise ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have deep practical experience with SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and data warehouse concepts, along with the ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and support existing enterprise data movement and reporting processes. This is not a purely front-end reporting role or a modern cloud-only data engineering role. Success in this position requires strong hands-on ETL and SQL development experience in complex operational environments., * 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server technologies

• SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)

• Advanced SQL development and performance tuning
• ETL development and troubleshooting
• Data warehouse and dimensional modeling concepts

• Strong understanding of:

• Data staging and transformation processes
• Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD)
• MERGE operations and advanced SQL patterns
• Data cleansing and reconciliation techniques

• Experience working with enterprise data integrations and legacy system environments
• Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into scalable ETL and reporting solutions
