Define and strategize Test Automation using industry-leading tools (Tricentis suite of products) and framework to support a multi-layered automation for UI, API, Mobile, Performance and ETL automation and CI/CD Implement dedicated and distributed (cloud-based) test infrastructure and standardized test data management practices. Possess good understanding on Tosca automation tool stack Good understanding on performance tools (Load runner and NeoLoad) and API automation Minimum years of experience 5-8 years Certifications Needed :No Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute Lead by example the enterprise test automation transformation program implementing Tricentis products to bring in nextgen automation AI capabilities Collaborate with crossfunctional and crossorganization business unit heads to streamline and improve the efficiency of the testing solutions, technical risk management, and quality assurance process and track the KPIs. Lead large crossfunctional teams, create business roadmaps and project maps, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholder Interview Process (Is face to face required?)
